Kholoud AlDosari is the CEO of The Northern Trust Company of Saudi Arabia, where she spearheads strategic development, business growth, and operations. With nearly 20 years of expertise in management consultancy, corporate governance, and private equity investments, she has collaborated with prominent family offices, nonprofits, and various organizations across Saudi Arabia.

Before assuming her current role, Kholoud served as a non-executive independent board member at the Northern Trust Company of Saudi Arabia since 2019. Her experience includes significant positions such as Director at The Financial Academy—the educational arm of the Saudi Central Bank and Capital Market Authority—and Executive Director and Board Member of CFA Society Saudi Arabia.

Passionate about gender diversity and inclusion in the finance sector, Kholoud is an active member of the Middle East committee for 100 Women in Finance. She also serves on the board of directors for the Khaled Bin Sultan Living Ocean Foundation, championing initiatives for ocean conservation and sustainable practices.

Kholoud holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from Middlesex University in London, UK, and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Kholoud currently serves as Chair of the Foundation’s Finance and Investment Committee, which provides oversight of the organization’s budget, spending, and investment strategy. The committee plays a key role in ensuring the Foundation’s financial sustainability and aligning resources with its mission.
