The Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation is proud to partner with #NatureForAll, Exploring by the Seat of Your Pants, and Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs to launch the #NatureForAll 30×30 Art Contest. This global art competition invites students ages 5–19 to imagine what our world could look like if 30% of land and water were protected by the year 2030.
The 30×30 goal, adopted under the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, is an ambitious international commitment to safeguard biodiversity and restore the health of our planet. But it isn’t just the work of policymakers and scientists—youth voices matter, too. That’s where this art contest comes in.
Art is a powerful way for people to express hope, creativity, and the possibilities of a healthier planet—whether it’s thriving oceans, biodiverse forests, or green cities where humans and nature coexist. Selected artwork will be showcased at the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from October 9–15, 2025—a global stage for students to share their vision with conservation leaders, policymakers, and changemakers from around the world.

How to Enter
It’s simple to participate:
- Download one of the official art sheets.
- On the sheet, draw your vision of a greener, bluer, or more thriving world and write a short description of your idea.
- Upload your completed artwork to the Padlet following the instructions provided in the image here.
There is no fee to enter. Submissions must include the artist’s first name, age, and location (city and country). All entries should be received by October 5, 2025, at 11:59 pm Gulf Time to be considered for the exhibit, though submissions will continue to be accepted until October 14, 2025. For full rules, visit the contest page.
By participating, students join a global movement to advance the 30×30 goals and help inspire others to imagine—and work toward—a better, healthier planet. Every drawing is a chance to make your voice heard and show what’s possible when we protect nature for generations to come.
