Bio
Ivory is an Aquaculture Fisheries Officer for the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources (MFMR) based in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Her role within the Ministry is to facilitate and implement marine aquaculture activities in accordance to the Ministry of Fisheries strategic plans. This is her third year of service after graduating from the University of the South Pacific in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Marine Science. Her role on the expedition is to liaise with communities to facilitate the running of the research field work and to assist the Education Director with education activities and community presentations on shore.
